Look of the Week: Brothers Edition

March 29, 2010

“Sometimes being a brother is even better than being a superhero.”  – Marc Brown

Just ask Cristian and Kasieum Pia-Miller, this week’s models, who make brotherly love look even better in this week’s stylin’ outfits.

Kasieum rocked the entire photo shoot in a blue polo by L.O.G.G. (size 8, $3.95) and Gap adjustable waist cargo shorts (size 7, $3.50).  Sandals by Cherokee (size 1, $4.95) complete the ensemble.

Cristian’s look, pictured above, features adjustable waist, loose-fit Gap jeans (size 7, $5.95) and new Tanza sandals from our recent Teva shipment (size 2, $44.98).  When it came to tops, Cristian showed his fashion versatility with a couple different looks.  Pictured above is a Mossimo sweater (size 6/7, $3.50) over a Ralph Lauren blue-and-white striped t-shirt (size 5/6, new w/tags, $3.50).

In the look above, Cristian swapped his sweater for a polo of his own — a pink polo by Ralph Lauren (size 8/10, $3.95).  I love a boy who can wear pink.

Finally, Cristian swapped out the overshirt concept for a Gap pin-striped blazer (size 5, $6.95).  A boy’s wardrobe should have options.

Lesson learned from working with the Pia-Miller modeling boys?  The key to eliminating sibling rivalry is this:  make sure both boys look damn good, and everyone is happy!  (In case you thought these boys maxed out their family’s cuteness quota, you were wrong!  Remember Baby Cooper from the LOTW a few weeks ago?  He’s brother #3.   If you’re a Pia-Miller boy, there’s probably more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good-looking … but that certainly seems to be the starting point!)

  2. Oops! Sorry for those of you who read the post early-on, in its “my toddler somehow figured out how to press lots of buttons and add random letters to the post. Problem solved, I think.

What a fortunate grandmother am I with such handsome grandsons! I think I better leave the checkbook at home when I visit next month and visit The Goose!
